Michael Sheldon Golden
Michael is a graduate of University of British Columbia Law School and has been practicing law in British Columbia since 1985.
The emphasis of his practice has always been litigation and in particular Personal Injury claims. He has been involved in more than 4,000 ICBC injury claims and other types of claims, and has appeared in British Columbia Provincial Court ( small claims), Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
We, at our firm believe that it is better for our clients to try to settle their claims and disputes. However, sometimes, when our opponent is unreasonable or if for other reasons, we are unable to resolve our client’s dispute it is necessary to proceed trial. We have the experience and the resources to take your claim to trial if necessary.
Michael also has a broad range of experience in other areas of the law including family law, immigration and real estate, conveyancing and commercial law.
Please contact our office if you would like to arrange a initial consultation.
