Many issues arise when a couple separates.  These issues can include child custody, child support, spousal support, division of assets and what arrangements can we put in place while we are working on the long term future.  It is rare for all things to be at issue in any particular case.

Our fees are competitive for example:

  • Uncontested divorces with no children from $1,100.00 including all fees            disbursements and taxes ($1,300.00 if there are children);
  • Separation and Marriage Agreements from $400.00.
