Michael Golden
Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1984 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1985.
After renting office space from a more senior lawyer in New Westminster for 31/2 years Michael started his own practice in Burnaby in 1989 and has continued to practice on Kingsway for more than 20 years. During the last 15 years the emphasis of Michael’s practice has been personal injury claims, especially ICBC claims. He also has experience with Family Law, Immigration, Real Estate, Corporate Commercial and Criminal Law.
Michael has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, British Columbia Court of Appeal, Provincial Court of British Columbia, Federal Court of Canada and the Immigration Appeal Division. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. Having a broad general experience helps Michael identify and resolve the issues that arise for his clients and gives him an advantage over lawyers who specialize.
